Joinery board: Joinery board has a good moisture-proof effect and cannot be directly painted. The middle of the plywood is a core made of natural wood strips bonded together, with thin wood veneer on both sides. It is one of the main materials used in the production of display cabinets. It can be used for central applications such as facade structures, wooden doors, and exterior structures in display cabinets. It has good waterproof performance and strong structural support. When selecting display cabinets, one should consider the internal wood and avoid excessive fragmentation. Fine wood boards with gaps of about 3mm between the woods are suitable. Due to the unsightly wood grain exposed on the surface, it is rarely painted directly and usually requires the application of veneer plywood. When using it to manufacture wooden structures such as display cabinets and decorations, they need to be bonded with density boards and then painted or glued with fireproof boards to achieve a good display effect.
Medium density board: Medium density board has good flatness. It is formed by pressing wood powder like sawdust, which has good flatness but poor moisture resistance. In contrast, the nail holding force of density board is poor, and the screws are easy to loosen after tightening. Due to the low strength of density board, it is difficult to fix it again, so it is rarely used for making cabinets and is mostly used for pasting on the surface of painted display cabinets.
Integrated board: Integrated board is a new type of solid wood material that is not easily deformed. It is made by deep processing large-diameter logs and is a wooden board that is staggered and spliced like fingers. Due to different processes, this type of board has excellent environmental performance and is 1/8 of the allowable formaldehyde content for particleboard. On the other hand, this board made of solid wood such as American spruce can be directly colored and painted, eliminating one process compared to particleboard
